Peter Basta
Owner — Leads and Oversees Every Project
Peter Basta brings more than twenty-five years of residential construction experience to PrimeEdge Construction. That experience predates the company. It includes his earlier construction career in New Jersey and and Florida coastal work in the years since.
PrimeEdge is owner-led and intentionally hands-on. Peter personally evaluates each project and remains directly involved through construction. His primary role is leading and overseeing the project. He also stays hands-on in the field and will step into the work when something requires his particular experience or skill.
Marissa Lipsett
Communication, Coordination, and Operations
Marissa Lipsett is a meaningful part of how PrimeEdge runs. She supports project communication and coordination, prepares and sends estimates and proposals based on Peter’s scope and pricing, handles permitting communication, and keeps company operations moving.
Clients have direct access to Peter throughout construction, with Marissa actively supporting that communication. Depending on the project and the client’s needs, communication may be handled directly with Peter, with Marissa, or with both.
The person who evaluates a project is the same owner who remains directly involved in leading and overseeing it through construction.

Design
Clients arrive at different stages. Some have only an idea, some have completed plans, and some already have a designer on the team. PrimeEdge can coordinate the appropriate design professionals when that help is useful, and works from your plans when they are already in hand. Either way, the vision stays yours.
Construction
PrimeEdge builds according to the approved plans and project scope. When field conditions require a question or an adjustment, that is coordinated with the homeowner and the appropriate design professionals. Selections are guided as the project develops, and samples are often brought to the home.
Crews and Trades
The work is carried out through established crews and trade partners PrimeEdge knows and trusts, with specialized trades performing specialized work. Clean, orderly jobsites are a PrimeEdge standard — crews protect the jobsite and leave their work areas clean and organized at the end of the workday.

Warranty
A contractual one-year workmanship warranty. Applicable manufacturer warranties remain with the products and materials used.
