Starting without plans
PrimeEdge can work with a client who has no plans yet and coordinate the path through appropriate design professionals, plans, engineering, permitting, and construction.

Bringing your own plans
Clients who already have an architect, designer, engineer, or completed plans are also welcome. PrimeEdge works from the approved plans and project scope while coordinating with the homeowner and appropriate design professionals when field conditions, code requirements, engineering, or other project considerations require clarification or adjustment.

Existing conditions
Peter personally evaluates existing conditions from a construction perspective and can identify likely feasibility, potential structural considerations, and areas requiring further investigation. When a structural or engineering determination is required, PrimeEdge coordinates with the appropriate design or engineering professional.
